Went to school like usual. Went to a meeting at school about what new stuff's goin' down for the fall semester regarding my major, digital media. Looks like they are going to add a few new classes, which kicks ass, since they will be about as cutting edge industrywise as they can be. I might want to take 1 or 2 of them, so I might not graduate until december... I still need to work on getting a portfolio together when I hear from a company about my internship. wow that sounded really stale! anyways just been working on my flash homework and checking up on lj n' stuff.. sorry guys for not giving u a call and hanging out today, with only 2 days off a week, I don't have much time to work on classwork... but I should have a bit more time, cause I decided to drop 1 of my classes, my scripting class, I just really couldn't keep the grades up for all 4 classes there's that much homework. so if I'm lucky they will offer the class in the summer (which I doubt) or the fall. Or I could always try to do an independent study of the class.... some semester, of course during a semester that the class isn't offered. There's also 1 or 2 comp class I want to take that aren't req. like Lan networks and A++ . Someday I'll be done with school and I will be able to breathe once again. That huge storm above my head of tests and homework will have cleared and I will be able to relax majorly. I swear I think the cat dissapeared again, it's pretty meek for a cat, but then I guess it's still a kitten. I'm working on dl'ing fruits basket and banner of the stars and banner of the stars2. Since I got crest of the stars for xmas. Been reading more manga lately, I've read up to Vol. 3 of scryed and I'm borrowing 4+5 from my friend marky. He might be lending me all of getbackers this weekend when I see him at work. If I see him at work that is, I also ought to finish .hack V2 that he lent me so maybe I can borrow the rest. While I'm at it I really should be playing FF11!!! ugh I'm going to go now and work on my flash homework.

well I have a bit of time before I have to go to work. this time I don't have to be there till 6. went to independent bar last night with 1 of my l.a.r.p. friends and ken. it was fun there was some good music towards the end, like 1 of the songs that stuck out was O fortuna which I have a final fantasy AMV for. it was really cool to be able to picture the AMV and be hearing it really loud in a club. still trying to do something about my winXP delema. I only have about 7 days left till I have the choice of switching back to win98 or having my computer never work again. ugh... I guess I'm just to lazy to shell out the 90 something bucks for a normal copy. oi. well the serving job is going well, as of yet I have been giving 5 serving days in a week, they usually give me a couple of hosting days where I only make 7 an hour, bu I do a hell of a lot less work. I get all the free soda I want and COFFEE *runs circles aound the room* and I get 1 employee meal every 4 hours. free food is good. and most of the people are pretty cool, but some of the servers can get really pissy when things get hectic. but when it slows down by the late evening then everybody chills again. I usually only have 2 days off a week. I know I have next mon. and wed. off I want to get together with a few of the old crowd cause I wanted to let them know somethig and I'd rather do it in person then on live journal. so yeah. lately I've gotten to talk to kelly and amanda online but thats aout it. oh and I called estaban to see if he wanted to go to rocky's for a bit, I think it was on sat. tried calling jahn to see if he was free, but like usual he wasn't home. well I guess thats about it for now.

tried sleeping in but that didn't work, oh wellz 7 hours isn't bad at all. had fun yesterday, looked at massive amounts of comic books, mind swimming with super hero's histories. went to the acme comic book store, good god there's a ton o' shit there, star wars house theme anyone?? went to steak and shake with the gang, fun times..... haha well heard stories to shock and amaze, wow what a soap opera... quite entertaining... anywayz going to just chill at home till I go to pick Robin up and head over to Independent bar with some older friends of mine, jackie if u read this, you're welcome to join us, I believe it's like 3 bucks to get in before 11. well I'm outta here.

I was reading an article on aol today and it's quite shocking..SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (April 23) - Amnesty International urged the United States on Wednesday to release or charge three minors who are being held in the U.S. detention camp for terror suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The military has not provided exact ages, confirming only that the three are 16 years old or younger. They are among about 660 detainees from 42 countries held on suspicion of links to al-Qaida terrorist network or the ousted Afghan Taliban regime.
``The detention of children in these circumstances is particularly repugnant and flouts basic principles for the protection of children under international law,'' William F. Schulz, executive director of Amnesty International USA, said in a statement.
The group called on the U.S. military to either release them or file formal charges and transfer them to a juvenile detention facility.
The youths are in a ``communal setting'' separate from adult detainees' individual cells, but all were ``captured as active combatants against U.S. forces'' and are considered enemy combatants, said Lt. Col. Barry Johnson, chief spokesman for the Guantanamo mission.
``We are treating them differently ... because as juveniles we recognize they have special needs,'' he said.
Johnson would not give ages or say how many there were, only ``very few.'' However an official at the camp who spoke on condition of anonymity Wednesday said there were three of them.
Schulz said reports the youths were being interrogated were especially disturbing.
Johnson said juveniles are being held because ``they have potential to provide important information in the ongoing war on terrorism.''
He said they, like other detainees, could be released if it is determined they no longer pose a threat.
Johnson said all the juveniles had arrived at Guantanamo since Jan. 1. The camp received its first terror suspects in January 2001.
Human rights groups long have criticized the United States for holding the detainees without charge and interrogating them while they are not allowed access to lawyers.
Johnson said officials determined some detainees were 16 and younger during medical and other screenings after their arrival.
In September, Canadian officials reported that a 15-year-old Canadian was captured on July 27 after being badly wounded in a firefight in eastern Afghanistan. Prime Minister Jean Chretien said he was seeking consular access to the youth.
Last week, Toronto's Globe and Mail newspaper reported that the youth, now 16, is being held in Guantanamo and that U.S. officials have refused access to Canadian officials. The paper quoted unidentified sources as saying that the youth allegedly killed an American soldier with a grenade.
Countries that have been allowed to send delegations to visit citizens in Guantanamo include Pakistan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Britain, Russia, France, Kuwait, Yemen, Sweden and Denmark.
I've actually wanted to join Amnesty international
before, picking up some pamplets at the van's warp tour when I was there.. but I never had enoug time, but then I rarely ever have "extra" time wish I had a dam time changing remote, need to pick one of those up sometime... well 2 days ago I went to the magic kingdom with Robin, it was lots of fun, we went on most of the rides that we weren't able to go on last time, we got a fast pass for space moutain, bu ended up waiting in line for about 55 min. I think?? for thunder moutain. luckily it didn't rain, though it was looking like it was going to for most of th day. then yesterday I tried to work on my final project but couldn't cause the lab wasn't open.. arugh... so I went over to jahn's and played DOA2 jap. ver. and then jimmy came over, it was fun, we als went to wendys and played around with some pussies. but they were shy, we thought about feeding them but could only find 1 of the 3 when we lef that were hanging around the parking lot when we got there... then talked more and made plans for visitig O! Canada. heh so yeah and now I get ready to go visit Robin again, since I won't be seeing her on sat. but I might be dragging her to Independent bar on sunday night with some friends of mine.

haven't updated in a while, but at least I went back about a page and caught up on everybody's ljs. the ast 2 days were great, I stole Robin and dragged her back over here, wnt to Rocky's they FINALLY have the new dance freaks game, and it's awsome, and freakin loud, kinda like when they put DDR 4th mix plus back in next to the capcom vs snk 2. I actually tried it the day before that when I was bored, tried all new songs on mild in case they were crazy hard or something, had a 516 total combo, (all the songs play 1 after another now, nonstop) so I got the secret song that is a mix of ome song with afronova? I think aywayz played it on wild when I was there with Robin an it's still easy. ummm went to borders, watched jay and silent bob strike back at my house, funny movie, I think Robin's a new fan of kevin smith now. took robin back yesterday and her granparents gave us a easterbasket full of various candy, whoop whoop. now I'm back here. should be going to the digital media meeting today, don't think I'm doing anything aferwards. Robn left some presents for katie over here, so katie if u read this post somethingso I'll know when I can meet you somewhere to give you your presents from Robin from Japan. don't have anything planned yet for saturday, heh I woudn't be surprised if I hear from Estaban before anybody else haha. Well thats about it peeps and give you the hiccups, beware!

my head feels like it's running in circles with everything that needs to get done. need to call 1 of the work places back, work with a fellow student of mine on out final project, in digital media... get my stuff together since I'm going with kelly and nathan and matt to fitcon, she's driving yipee. get back on sunday and hopefully get to see somebody hehe, and still find sometime join up with the kids from the digital media club.... well so yeah guess I'll go now, just a few more days now...

been trying to drink lots o' coffee lately, cause I've been mega lethargic ever since Robin left... she called me yesterday night when I was at Hops with my friend Ken.. but of course my phone eventually died.. *Misses her tons* hoping to get a new one today? once again? Might be helping out the kids in the digital media club this weekend, should be interesting, still have to wait for Robin to call me today though.. been playing .hack, kickass game. It's really addicting. just got illustrator 10. whoop whoop. trying to get my self familar with as many programs as I can, eventually I want to put up a website using dreamweaver of flash animations that I've made, should be a fun project.. when I get closer to running out of new RPGs to play I will most likely do this when ever I have free time. need to sign up for new classes though on March 31, be taking 3 or 4, not sure heh. oh and I met this kid at Rockys who's cool, he's this crazy smart computer kid who hosts other peoplez websites with his dsl, and he said he would burn some anime on cdrs that I give him, so I'm going to try to get all of .hack, ALL of the love hina eps., X, and stand alone complex. I would describe him in more detail but most of the people who I know would sterotype him too much so I won't bother describing him. kids... anyways he had some tokens so we played 2 song doubles on 4th plus and I played 1 game with this girl he was there with who was just learning how to play ddr. They have a new song in the dance maniacs sub folder, so now I can play more songs from my 2nd favorite machine at rockys.. well this is all enough useless info for now.

yeah figured I've spent enough time reading everyone else's lj so y not post 1 of my own... well yesterday I pretty much just played xenosaga, with the cut scenes it takes a while to play, please just let it be over!! so I can play .hack that is.. ugh got a bunch of macromedia programs, like dreamweaver, flash, fireworks and freehand. and I've had photoshop 7 for a little while now.. I'm thinking more future jobish nowadays, so I'm going to join the digital media club at school, YES there is one hah, and start working on various projects, like short movies and presentatins for companies, which is what the club as a whole does. and I'm going to hope for an internship this summer or fall at the latest. I was susposed to get my cellphone yesterday but my dad hanged out with a friend of his and by the time he came back the cingular store was flippin closed!!! arugh... so today is a new day and hopefully things will have changed, i.e. me getting the dam new cellphone... cause anyone who has hanged out with me knows how much ass my cellphone kicks, which is more then irish but haha I jest. so later today I might be going to fashion square with jahn and whoever else tags along to get some games back from people. but I'll have to make sure I'm home by the time my dad's home so I can get my arse to the cingular store.. and get my room/house cleaned up for a special guest heh... well that's it for me.

dmaint nathan wrote down that jrock site thats in the music videos that jahn has, we did this when everybody was asleep, the site he wrote down was jrock.fan-page.com but that doesn't work!! I mean I get 2 pages, but I don't come across any links to download an actual rock video, this is so annoying, matt said one time he would make a cd for me, buuut I haven't heard anything about it from him lately, so I was going to try to get some videos for myself, like the rodeo video and the pop is dead video, among others... so I guess I'll get Robin to help me find the actual website adress that I'm looking for... ehhh..

well I'm trying not to watch the sci-fi shows my dad is watching in the other room, i.e. androdma or how ever u spell it, heh kevin sorbo in a sci fi show whoop whoop! haha. yeah oh and I wanted to say that I saw daredevil yesterday with Robin, good stuff, reminds me of a batman movie, oh and of course stan lee made a cameo, as well as.....drum roll.... kevin smith!!! cool beans he was a crazy moritian (yeah I know I spelled it wrong) and it sounds like everybody else had a fun weekend, heh I wouldn't be surprised if I get a call someday down the road when people need a ride or something well whatever...
